Your asset manager automatically sets up your User ID and temporary password once a listing assignment is confirmed.
The User ID is your email address that the asset manager has on file for you. You must use that email address in order to access your account in OfferSubmission.
Your credentials are emailed to you THE DAY AFTER you receive your assignment. DO NOT create a new ID as one will be automatically set up for you.
