You are likely trying to access the addendums from a mobile device (i.e. smart phone, iphone, tablet, etc). The proper display of the pdf documents are dependent on the device, the operating system, the pdf reader application as well as the pdf document itself (such as embedded fonts).
If the documents don't display correctly on your mobile device you may have to upgrade your operating system, pdf reader application or try a different device. We would recommend that you access the documents from a computer that doesn't run a mobile operating system.
