My listing does not appear in my account. Why not?

The default view when you log into your OfferSubmission account is a list of properties that have had activity in the last 7 days. In order to see all active listings, simply drop down the filter to select "ALL ACTIVE LISTINGS" and it should appear....

Listing tickets showing the required OfferSubmission.com directions in the Agent/Private remarks field must be emailed to MLS@offersubmission.com within 48 hours of listing acceptance....

The following verbiage must be included in the agent remarks section or the listing task will be considered incomplete: "All offers must be submitted by the BUYERS AGENT via Offersubmission.com, ID# ________. Paperless process until offer accepted. Buyer pays $300 fee at closing."...

Why can't I find my new listing in my account?

Property will be available on Offersubmission.com the day following the new listing assignment. We receive our data feeds once per day from each seller, so if your listing was assigned today it should appear in your OfferSubmission account tomorrow....
