This notification is sent by the bank or asset manager when there are multiple offers for the same property.
If the offer you've submitted is already your client's highest and best offer, you do not need to take any additional steps; the offer will be reviewed along with any improved offers submitted by other agents.
If your client wishes to improve the offer you've already submitted, simply login to your OfferSubmission account, click "My Offers", and then click the Property ID# of the correct property. Then click the button that says "Submit New Offer On This Property"
When a seller has received multiple offers, the bank or asset manager may take up to 5 days before rendering a final decision.
