- Begin by entering the Property ID# or Zip Code in the area provided on the OfferSubmission home page.
- The next step allows you to verify the property and its current status.
- Licensed agents are then able to register for the first time or login with their existing credentials
- Enter your buyer's information and their offer terms and you're finished
Once your offer is submitted, you will:
- Receive immediate confirmation that your offer has been submitted along with an Offer ID#
- Receive immediate email receipt of your offer for forwarding to your buyer
Your OfferSubmission account is updated in real-time as offer status changes, and email notifications keep you informed.
